Welcome to Pitman Photo Supply. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or using our products or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Pitman Photo Supply reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or unauthorized resale.
We may contact you to verify billing information, shipping information, or identity before processing an order.
2. Pricing & Availability
We make every effort to ensure that pricing, descriptions, and inventory are accurate. However, errors occasionally occur.
Pitman Photo Supply reserves the right to correct pricing, product descriptions, promotions, and inventory errors at any time without prior notice.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error:
- We will contact you before processing
- You may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel
If already charged, you will be fully refunded.
3. Payment
Payment is required before an order is shipped or released for pickup.
Orders paid by credit card may require additional verification to protect our customers from fraudulent transactions.
We use secure third-party payment processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
We do not store your full payment information.
4. Shipping
Shipping estimates are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and shipping delays are outside the control of Pitman Photo Supply.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is delivered to the carrier.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are governed by our published Return Policy.
Please review our Return Policy before making a purchase.
6. Special Orders
Special-order merchandise is purchased specifically for the customer and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged unless the item is defective or required by law.
Deposits on special-order items may be non-refundable.
7. Film Processing, Printing & Digital Services
Photo printing, film processing, scanning, video transfer, restoration, passport photos, and other custom services begin production shortly after an order is received.
Because these services are custom-made, they are generally non-refundable once production has begun.
While every reasonable effort is made to protect customer materials, Pitman Photo Supply is not responsible for damage or loss resulting from materials that are already fragile, deteriorated, improperly stored, or affected by age.
- All film is processed at the customer's risk
- We are not responsible for:
- Loss or damage to film
- Exposure issues
- Processing or scanning defects
- Equipment malfunction
Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
8. Order Pickup & Storage
Completed service orders will be held for 30 days after notification that they are ready for pickup.
After 30 days, unclaimed materials—including negatives, photographs, original media, digital copies, film, slides, videotapes, VHS tapes, CDs, DVDs, USB drives, memory cards, and similar media—may be discarded without further notice.
Pitman Photo Supply is not responsible for unclaimed materials after the 30-day holding period.
9. Used Equipment
Used equipment is inspected prior to sale and is sold according to its listed condition.
Any applicable warranty will be stated at the time of purchase.
10. Manufacturer Warranties
Many products include a manufacturer's warranty.
Warranty coverage, duration, and service procedures are determined solely by the manufacturer.
Pitman Photo Supply is happy to assist customers in working with manufacturers to obtain warranty service whenever possible.
11. Product Information
Product images, specifications, colors, and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and may vary from the actual product.
Manufacturers may change specifications without notice.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pitman Photo Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product or service giving rise to the claim.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including logos, photographs, graphics, text, videos, and design—is the property of Pitman Photo Supply or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
14. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
16. Changes to These Terms
Pitman Photo Supply may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
17. Rental Equipment (if applicable)
Customers renting equipment agree to:
- Return items on time and in original condition
- Be responsible for loss, theft, or damage
- Pay repair or replacement costs if necessary
Late returns may result in additional fees.
